Trade Adjustment

Trade Adjustment – This is another individual trade or option spread added to an existing trade position to either reduce risk or lock in a profit. Typically trade adjustments are done by adding extra option legs however they could also be achieved by going long or short the underlying. This is a form of delta hedging because it usually aims to reduce the overall delta risk in the entire position.
